Earned his bachelor degree in Architecture from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in 2006. In 2008 obtains a Masters degree in “3D Design and visual Simulation in architecture” from the Fundació UPC (Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña) and in 2009, a Masters degree in “Advanced Architecture” at the IAAC (Instituto de Arquitectura Avanzada de Cataluña), both in Barcelona, Spain.
José Manuel joined selman arquitectos as Project Architect in March 2010. With an acute sensibility towards form and envelope design, Jóse has rapidly gained a space in the firm as a leading designer with an active participation in most of the residential projects (Logroval XVIII, Tribeca Park, Primer Residences, Soho Residences), commercial (BMW/ Hyundai Showrooms) and in the Hospitality area particularly in Puntarena, Royalton Punta Cana, amongst others. Currently he holds the position of Partner and Project Director.
