Tampsin graduated with honors in 2007 with a Bachelor in business administration degree from the Action Pro Education and Culture University (APEC). She has participated in different seminars and workshops on business administration, human resources and marketing that have strengthened her knowledge in the area administration.

Tampsin joined Selman Arquitectos in November 2019.

She has more than 15 years of experience that allow her execution and leadership in administration and human resources, always service-oriented, and in search of excellent results, she is the coordinator of all the administrative processes of the firm.
